Under 16 Final Rounds
NSW teams make a strong challenge in
the Under 16 Division at the 2012 Panasonic Youth Water Polo Festival when quarterfinals
were completed tonight.
NSW Blues- the top State team won
their way through to the Boys semi final as they beat Marist Red 6-4 in the quarterfinal
and will be joined by North Harbour in tomorrow’s semi final. The other boy’s
semi will see Tauranga - the 2010 Under 14 beaten finalists take on another NSW
side in NSW Country who make their first semi final appearance at this level in
the history of the festival.
The girls semi finals will see North
Harbour take on NZ Under 15 girls while NSW Blues girls match up with Harbour
City from Wellington...The semi finals are first up in the morning session and
the winners meet in Wednesdays finals at West Wave.
